How to order PIN codes

If you do not have the MinID PIN-code letter, you can order a new one. PIN-code letters can be ordered from the year you turn 13.

  • Go to order PIN codes
  • Enter the national identity number or D-number. Click "Confirm"
  • You will then receive a confirmation on the screen. 

In Norway, the normal delivery time is 2-5 business days.
